He is the founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the “KBBO Group” in the United Arab Emirates, which has investments in the fields of education, financial services, health services, retail services and restaurants.
He owns shares in “UAE Exchange”, shares in the “Travelex” exchange company in the United Kingdom, and shares in the shares of “Al Safwa Mubasher Financial Services Company” since May 2019. He also founded “One Financial Markets Company” in United Kingdom, and the Brokerage House Securities Company, where he served as CEO and member of the Board of Directors.
In 2017, he, along with Saeed bin Butti Al Qubaisi and Infinity Investment LLC. (in partnership with “Centurion Investment Company”) purchased 10 million ordinary shares in “NMC”, equivalent to 4.9% of the company, from its founder, Dr. B. R. Shetty, at a value of approximately one billion dirhams, bringing their share in the medical group to approximately 40%.
